These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the AstroDevo platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using AstroDevo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Invite-Only Access

AstroDevo is an invite-only platform.

• Access is granted solely at the discretion of AstroDevo

• Invitations may be revoked at any time without notice

• AstroDevo reserves the right to refuse or terminate access for any reason, including security, compliance, or operational concerns

No right or entitlement to access the Platform is implied by an invitation.

2. Eligibility

To use AstroDevo, you must:

• Be at least 10 years of age, or have valid parental consent

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

AstroDevo may request additional verification at any time.

3. Account Registration & Security

• Each user may maintain only one account unless explicitly authorized

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials

• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account

AstroDevo is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

4. Nature of Services

AstroDevo provides:

• Digital tools, informational content, and community features

• Analytical, educational, and informational services

All content and services are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or investment advice.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

• The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis

• AstroDevo makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or outcomes

• Results, interpretations, and insights may vary between users

Use of the Platform is at your own discretion and risk.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

• Engage in harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform

• Misrepresent identity or credentials

AstroDevo may remove content or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.

7. Content Ownership & License

• Users retain ownership of content they submit

• By submitting content, users grant AstroDevo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content as part of the Platform

• AstroDevo retains all rights to its software, branding, and proprietary materials

8. Paid Services (If Applicable)

• Certain features may require payment

• Fees, billing terms, and refund policies will be disclosed separately

• AstroDevo is not responsible for disputes between users

All payments are final unless otherwise stated.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• AstroDevo processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy

• We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data

• Users acknowledge that no system is entirely secure

10. Suspension & Termination

AstroDevo may, at its discretion:

• Suspend or terminate any account without prior notice

• Remove content or restrict access

• Preserve or disclose information as required by law

Upon termination, all rights to access the Platform immediately cease.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AstroDevo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• AstroDevo’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user (if any) in the preceding 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; applicable law will govern.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AstroDevo, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Platform

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your infringement of any rights of a third party

13. Modifications to the Platform

AstroDevo reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time

• Update these Terms without prior notice

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, Telengana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Courts located in Telengana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
