Refund and Cancellation Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – ASTRODEVO

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all payments made on Astrodevo ("Platform"), operated by Revathi P under the trade name Astrodevo.

By making a purchase on Astrodevo, you agree to this Policy.


1. GENERAL POLICY

All purchases made on Astrodevo are final and non-refundable, except in limited circumstances explicitly stated below.


2. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed consultations (e.g., astrology, guidance, teaching)

  • Accessed or unlocked digital content (e.g., premium posts, audio, files)

  • Participation in live sessions, events, or group activities

  • Completed religious services (e.g., pooja, rituals)

Once a service is delivered or content is accessed, no refund shall be provided.


3. LIMITED EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases, at the sole discretion of Astrodevo:

  • Duplicate payment or accidental multiple charges

  • Technical failure preventing access to purchased content or service

  • Service not delivered due to platform-side failure


4. NO GUARANTEE DISCLAIMER

  • All services (including astrology, spiritual guidance, teaching, and rituals) are based on traditional knowledge and beliefs

  • Results are subjective and not guaranteed

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with outcomes or expectations.


5. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users are responsible for:

  • Reviewing service details before purchase

  • Ensuring correct selection of services/content

  • Providing accurate information

No refunds will be issued for user errors.


6. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once a service is booked, cancellation may not be possible

  • In certain cases, rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of Astrodevo


7. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

  • Users agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting Astrodevo first

  • In case of unjustified chargebacks, Astrodevo reserves the right to:

    • Suspend or terminate user accounts

    • Recover associated losses
