Consultations
How do I book an astrologer? +
Browse the astrologer directory, compare specialities and approaches, choose an available time, and complete the booking. You will receive a confirmation with your consultation details.
Can I cancel or reschedule a consultation? +
Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the consultation receive a full refund. Between 12–24 hours, you receive a 50% refund. Rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
How do video consultations work? +
Consultations use our integrated video room. Click "Join consultation" shortly before the scheduled start. No additional software is required.
What if my astrologer doesn't show up? +
If an astrologer misses a scheduled consultation, you will receive a full automatic refund. We also review repeat no-shows and may suspend the account.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay. You can also use your wallet balance for payments.
When am I charged for a consultation? +
Payment is collected when you book. The money is held securely until your consultation completes—only then is it released to the astrologer.
How do refunds work? +
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Wallet-credit refunds are instant. See our cancellation policy above for amounts.
Does an admin have to approve my refund? +
No. Refunds are settled automatically when you confirm the cancellation. The refund amount depends on how far ahead of the consultation you cancel. Manual admin action is reserved for exceptional cases.
Is my payment information secure? +
Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant providers. We never store your full card number — only a secure token provided by the payment processor.
For astrologers
How do I become an astrologer on the platform? +
Register an account, complete the astrologer onboarding flow, describe your experience and specialities, then set your rates and availability.
How do astrologers get paid? +
Astrologers accumulate earnings in their wallet after each completed consultation. They can request a payout using the available payout methods, subject to the minimum threshold.
What fees does the platform take? +
The platform fee shown in your account covers payment processing, video infrastructure, discovery, and support. Your earnings breakdown is visible before and after every booking.
Can I set my own rates and schedule? +
Yes. You control your hourly rate, availability, the specialities you practise, and which booking requests you accept.
Account & data
How do I change my password? +
Go to Profile → Security in your account settings. You can also request a password reset link from the login page if you've forgotten your password.
Can I delete my account? +
Yes. Visit Account Settings → Privacy and click "Delete my account". Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, in line with GDPR.
